New Features

Curriculum now available in BluePrint

Streamlined Curriculum creation and assignment are now available within BluePrint, offering an array of powerful features for improved Curriculum management. New capabilities – available via two new feature accesses – include the ability to apply dates to Study Tasks, design curricula without learner assignments, and the customization of the Curriculum experience.

Instructors gain greater control and flexibility when creating personalized Study Plans for individuals and/or groups, and learners will enjoy a more personalized learning experience.

We’ll provide additional details and resources regarding Curriculum in BluePrint following our release on September 28th.

New Branch-Level configuration for the Learning Hub Browse page

While tenants previously had the capability to adjust the visibility of content packages on the Learning Hub Browse page at the Tenant level and enable or disable the Learning Hub Browse page at the Branch level, organizations using the BenchPrep Enterprise Engine now have advanced configuration options. These options provide the ability to tailor which content packages are visible for any/each Branch in the user hierarchy. 

For Branches for which the Browse page is enabled, a new Branch-level Feature Access can be utilized to configure whether (1) all content configured to be visible at the Tenant level is also visible for the Branch Members, or (2) only content included in Branch Plans is presented. 

A new configuration option within Branch Plans also enables/disables the contents of the plan to be displayed on Browse.

This new configuration is particularly valuable for learning organizations employing direct-to-enterprise and/or reseller/partner models, as each learner’s ability to search and discover content on Browse can be tailored to enterprise or partner’s licensing terms with the learning organization.

Enhancements

Preset Study Plan completion date in BluePrint

We’ve added a new "Preset Study Plan Completion Date" feature in BluePrint’s Course Details page, allowing BluePrint Admins to set a predefined study plan completion date. The date can still be updated by learners at any time.  While Owners, Collaborators, and Content Reviewers can view this field, they won't be able to update it.
