August 14, 2025 Blog Feature

August 14, 2025

The following items will be deployed on August 14, 2025. Please note that this list doesn’t include other internal and regular maintenance work that BenchPrep is releasing.

New Features and Enhancements

Recognitions for Learning Path Completion

Admins can now issue recognitions like badges or CE credits when learners complete a full Learning Path or a specific section. Setup happens in Console and mirrors the Learning Hub event flow, with a new option to choose the trigger: full path or section. This helps celebrate milestones and keep learners motivated.

Add Custom Descriptions to the Learning Hub Browse Page

We’ve added a new description block to the Browse page in Learning Hub, allowing tenants to display custom text beneath the "Browse" header. This description supports localized content and links, offering more flexibility to guide learners or highlight key information. If you’d like to enable and customize this text for your Browse page, please contact our Support team with the wording you’d like to use.

Premium Content Now Displayed in Custom Practice

Locked question categories now appear in Custom Practice with a lock icon. Clicking them triggers a pop-up explaining access restrictions and linking to the premium package, bringing consistency with Category Practice.

Hide Inactive Courses in Console

We’ve updated the Console content package listing to exclude retired, deactivated, and drafted courses by default, reducing clutter for admins. The Status filter is now multi-select, like in BluePrint, so users can choose to view retired courses if needed. This streamlines the experience, especially for tenants managing a large number of courses.

Manage NPS Pop-Up and Email Prompt Criteria

Admins can now enable and disable the NPS pop-up and the NPS email directly in Console. They can also control the number of days a learner must visit the application before each prompt appears.

  • Pop-Up: Default is 3 days visited before the NPS pop-up appears.
  • Email: Default is 10 days visited before the NPS survey email is sent.
Previously, enabling/disabling these features or changing the visit criteria required contacting BenchPrep. While these features are typically enabled by default, this update puts control fully in the hands of admins.
