New Features and Enhancements

Attend button for learners’ live classes now refreshes automatically

We've enhanced the attend button for live classes based on user feedback. The button now automatically refreshes and activates, even if a learner accesses the page before the 30-minute mark. Previously, the button wouldn’t automatically refresh if accessed too early.

This update simplifies the process for learners and reduces the need for administrative support, ensuring a smoother experience for everyone.

Group Managers can view data across multiple groups in Console

Group Managers (Instructors) can now view data for multiple groups simultaneously in Console Analytics. This update allows them to access and compare data for all their managed groups and learners without switching contexts. Previously, only branch managers and admins had this capability, while instructors were limited to data from a single group at a time.

This enhancement speeds up and simplifies data analysis, enabling more efficient management and performance comparisons across groups.

Expanded default view for lesson content

We’ve introduced a new feature, Auto-Expand Content Sections by Default, which allows learners to see the Table of Contents, Confidence Levels, and Highlights sections in an expanded default view. Learners can still adjust their view by expanding or collapsing sections as needed.

When enabled at the course or tenant level, these sections will automatically appear expanded when learners access the content. Additionally, learners can use the “Expand All” or “Collapse All” option to quickly adjust the view to their preference. This feature enhances flexibility and improves navigation within lesson content.

Course image copied over for replicated courses in BluePrint

When replicating a course in BluePrint, the course image will automatically copy over to the new course. This new update removes the need to re-upload images that will be displayed in Learning Hub, saving time and effort.
