New Features and Enhancements
AI Assistant: New Response Guardrails

Admins can now control how strictly the AI Assistant limits its responses to course content using configurable Response Guardrails. By default, responses are restricted to information explicitly found in your course content, with options to allow increasing levels of extrapolation using the model’s general training data.
Available guardrail levels include:
- Strictly Course Content Only (Default): Responses are limited to information directly stated in course content.
- Some Extrapolation Allowed: Responses may include limited logical inferences related to course topics.
- No Course Data Restriction: Responses may draw fully from the model’s general training data, even beyond course content.
Response Guardrails give admins greater control over how closely AI Assistant responses align with their instructional intent and content standards.
Bulk Import Banners via CSV & Assign Banners to Multiple Courses

Admins can now create Banners in bulk using a CSV upload in Console. From the Banners page, you can download a template, upload your file, and receive clear success and error feedback, making it faster and easier to launch banners at scale without creating them one by one.
Admins can also now assign banners to multiple courses at once. These updates make it faster to launch learner communications and easier to control where messages appear without duplicating work across courses.
Improved Product Category Organization in Learning Hub
Admins can now reorder Product Categories using drag and drop in Console. The order you set determines how categories appear in the Learning Hub, giving you more control over how products are organized and presented to learners.
We’ve also improved how longer Product Category and Tag names appear in the Learning Hub filter. Tooltips now appear over titles upon hover, making it easier for learners to view longer category and tag names when browsing and filtering.
BenchPrep Analytics: New Date Range Filters
Admins can now filter the Practice tab in Course Reports by a custom date range. The selected date range applies across all widgets on the page and defaults to the last 30 days, making it easier to analyze learner activity over a specific period.
