The following items will be deployed on March 23, 2023. Please note that this list doesn’t include other internal and regular maintenance work that BenchPrep is releasing.
Utilization and Psychometric Dashboards now available in Console
Beginning on March 24th, both standard Utilization and Psychometric dashboards, previously visible in Domo, will be visible directly via Console. Any user with the admin role in Console, or a custom role with applicable permissions in Console, will have access to these new dashboards. For a step-by-step guide, visit the article here.
Users will see the following improvements in the embedded Console dashboards:
- Access: Once available in Console, you have the ability to provision access to these dashboards to more individuals
- Streamlined Experience: New dashboards are consumed within BenchPrep, eliminating the need to leverage multiple platforms and maintain multiple credentials
- Frequency: New dashboards in Console are updated once daily (versus weekly in Domo)
- Ease of Use: Legacy dashboards have been reimagined to improve consumers’ ability to quickly glean valuable insights
- BenchPrep enhancements will be ongoing and can be implemented in a timely manner.

As a result of these actions, your organization’s BenchPrep-provided access to Domo will be discontinued effective Friday, March 24, 2023. Any individuals possessing Domo access at present will be unable to access Domo as of this date.

Updates to Console Feature Accesses
We’ve updated how feature accesses in Console are displayed to make them easier for you to manage and update. After our March 23rd release, users will notice an update to the look and feel of how features are displayed in Console.
Console users will be able to filter by feature family as well as view and update descriptions on feature accesses. This update is a UI improvement designed to help make Console and feature accesses easier for you to manage.
