Please note that this list doesn’t include other internal and regular maintenance work that BenchPrep is releasing. ## New Features and Enhancements ### **BenchPrep Analytics** #### **Group Manager display on Course Report** The Course Report now includes a Group Managers column, surfacing the group manager(s) associated with each learner. Each group manager name links directly to their Console user page for easy access. #### **Search for Learners in Group Reports** Admins can now search for individual learners in the Groups \> User Detail breakdown in BenchPrep Analytics. Previously, admins had to scroll through pages of users to find a specific learner. This update makes it faster to locate and review learner data, especially in groups with hundreds of users. #### **Drill-Down Navigation for Reports** We've updated reports that previously used nested tables to use drill-down navigation. Admins can now move from summary data into more detailed report views, making it easier to explore each level of an existing report. This update also standardizes report columns and allows Feature Access to be managed separately for lower-level views, giving organizations more control over which reporting details users can access. #### **Active and Total Time in Session Details** The Session Details report now displays **Total Active Time in Course** alongside **Total Time in Course**, replacing the Duration column that previously showed the same value as total time. Active time excludes idle time, giving admins a clearer view of how much of each session learners spent actively engaging with the course. ### **AI Assistant** #### More Control Over AI Assistant Responses Admins can now refine when the AI Assistant calls on tools to retrieve information, giving organizations greater control over how it responds to learner questions. To configure these settings, go to **Settings \> AI Settings \> AI Tools**. ### **BluePrint** #### **More Control Over Home Page Performance Components** Content managers can now turn individual Home page performance components on or off through Feature Access in BluePrint’s course configuration: - Percentile Rank - Avg. Score on Practice - Avg. Score on Tests - Avg. Score on Labs - Avg. Score on Interactions This update brings existing Console controls into BluePrint and adds new controls for Labs and Interactions, making it easier to customize the learner Home page without Console access. Labs and Interactions scores will continue to appear when a course contains the relevant content type, unless turned off. ![A504FEF7-E3AB-4F88-BE33-16D9540C45A0](https://blog.benchprep.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Release%20Notes/A504FEF7-E3AB-4F88-BE33-16D9540C45A0.png?width=1841&height=772&name=A504FEF7-E3AB-4F88-BE33-16D9540C45A0.png) ### **BluePrint & Learner Experience (WebApp)** #### **Clearer Scheduled Assignment Details** Scheduled dates now include the time in study task details in BluePrint and the learner experience, making it easier to see exactly when assignments become available and are due. ### **Learner Experience (WebApp)** #### **Bookmark Questions and Add Notes During Practice** Learners can now bookmark questions and add notes during active Custom Practice and Category Practice sessions, without waiting until Review. The controls also show whether a question is already bookmarked or has a note. Bookmarks and notes carry through to Review and appear in the learner’s saved lists, making it easier to capture insights and flag questions to revisit while practicing.
