Please be advised of the following planned changes and enhancements to your organization’s BenchPrep analytics. First, your organization’s BenchPrep-provided access to Domo will be discontinued effective Friday, March 24, 2023. Any individuals possessing Domo access at present will be unable to access Domo as of this date, and should instead:
- Log in to your tenant on BenchPrep
- Navigate to the Console application
- Click on `Analytics` and select the `Utilization` or `Psychometric` dashboard
- Any individuals possessing Domo access, but without an account on BenchPrep, should be provisioned access on/before this date
- Please note that all individuals requiring access to the enhanced dashboards in Console will require the following role and/or permissions:
- Read:usage_dashboard for the utilization Dashboard
- Read:psychometric_dashboard for the Psychometric Dashboard
We recommend that you communicate this forthcoming change to all current Domo account holders so users can prepare for this update.
Dashboards added to the Console application will include both Psychometric Dashboard and Utilization Dashboard.
Please note that each will differ slightly from those which you may be accustomed to viewing in Domo; for your awareness, example images are included below.
