Product Category Catalog now available!
We're excited to release the newest feature from our 2024 roadmap: the Product Catalog. BenchPrep’s Product Catalog enables users to classify content according to a predefined taxonomy, facilitating seamless content exploration within Learning Hub's Browse page through enhanced filtering capabilities. By streamlining content organization and offering intuitive browsing, the Product Catalog promotes continuous learning and deeper engagement for both administrators and learners.

New ‘exam start’ trigger for webhooks
We’ve added a new trigger for webhooks: the ‘Exam Start’ trigger. Accessible within the Webhooks dropdown in Console, this functionality is available to customers with Developer Tools, empowering them to create more engaging learning experiences.

Introducing ‘Exam Start’ trigger event type in Communication Suite
We’ve introduced a new trigger event type ‘Exam Start ’ to our Communication Suite, including banners and in-app messages. This enhancement provides additional flexibility in creating automated in-app messages or banners, extending the capability to trigger messages through the Communication suite for more personalized interactions.

Enhancements
Improved behavior for Lessons without confidence levels
We've updated the behavior of Lessons without confidence levels. Now, Lessons will no longer be automatically marked as "Read" when the learner accesses the Lesson. Instead, learners must click "Mark as Read" to indicate they have viewed and engaged with the content. This enhancement ensures that confidence levels accurately reflect when learners have engaged with the material, improving overall learning behavior accuracy.

Introducing bulk group import functionality
We're introducing bulk upload group functionality, allowing Admins to create multiple groups across any number of branches simultaneously. With this update, admins can easily generate multiple groups without the need for individual creation. This update significantly speeds up group creation efforts, enhancing efficiency for users managing multiple groups.
