New Features and Enhancements

New control for managing Events

We’re excited to announce a new feature, Events, now available in Console! Events enables you to engage with learners through live events, such as webinars and lectures, while giving instructors a better way to connect with students within their courses. With this update, admins can create and manage events directly from Console and issue recognitions such as badges, certifications, and CE credits, adding more value to the overall event experience.

Learners now prompted with Acknowledgment Modal

The Acknowledgement Modal in BenchPrep allows customers to customize messaging to address specific needs, such as terms and conditions, code of conduct, or other relevant agreements, ensuring learners agree to platform guidelines before continuing. Upon accessing their first course, learners are prompted with a pop-up to confirm their agreement. If they decline, they are redirected to the Learning Hub. Once agreed, the modal will not appear again for any subsequent courses. The timestamp of their agreement is securely recorded for compliance tracking. This feature fosters compliance and creates a positive learning environment.

Strikethrough answers now visible during practice exams

We've enhanced the practice and exam experience for learners by allowing them to view answered they had struck through while taking practice questions or exam questions in side by side question taking experience. This functionality mirrors the review experience, making it easier to track and revisit answers that were initially discarded. This updated provides greater clarity during practice and helps learners better understand their decision-making process.

Update to support exams containing all unscored questions

We've made improvements to support exams that consist entirely of unscored questions. When an exam contained no scored questions, the system will now refrain from issuing a score. Additionally, the display of average correct/incorrect answer times will be hidden, ensuring a more accurate reflection of the exam's purpose -- focused practice rather than performance tracking.

Time tracking data added to dashboards for improved analytics

Time tracking data points have been added to the User Details, User Course Detail, and Group Course Detail dashboard. This enhancement allows customers to easily track how much time Lerners are spending in courses, including daily breakdowns of individual learners. This data offers valuable insights into course interaction levels, enabling content creators to make informed adjustments.
