The following description highlights the benefits of Console Analytics, the available dashboards, and the latest updates, including new features and improvements aimed at enhancing usability, optimizing performance, and expanding reporting capabilities, along with a preview of upcoming feature releases.
What Are The Key Benefits of Console Analytics?
- Timely Insights: Get frequently refreshed, intuitive dashboards that offer a visual and interactive experience.
- Flexible User Experience: Easily sort, filter, and export data to quickly find the answers you need.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use key performance metrics (KPIs), interactive visualizations, and detailed tables to guide decisions that enhance learner performance and commercial outcomes.
- Precision-Scoped Data: Access analytics specific to your role, whether you're managing at the tenant, branch, or group level. This ensures that the data you see is relevant and actionable.
Which Analytics Dashboards Are Available?
- User Dashboard: Provides data on individual user performance and activity across all courses or a single course. Useful for admins or instructors monitoring overall user engagement or specific learner details.
- Branch Dashboard: Enables comparison of performance across different groups or branches, displaying data on group performance within courses or across all courses. Admins can track branch-level performance and group comparisons. Branch data is available only to those with Enterprise Engine enabled.
- Psychometric and Utilization Dashboards: Offers insights into exam performance and learner interaction. Psychometric data highlights test scores and learner confidence, while utilization tracks platform engagement metrics like time spent and activity. These dashboards are valuable for course designers or test creators, providing deeper insights into how learners are engaging with courses and tests.
What’s New in Console Analytics?
Performance Optimization
We’ve worked closely to refine the architecture of Console Analytics. We’ve optimized data flows to ensure a smoother experience, even as your data grows. This is our most stable version yet, providing greater reliability for all your analytics needs.
Enhanced User Experience
We’ve listened to your feedback and made key changes to improve how you interact with Console Analytics:
- Reduced White Space: The interface is now cleaner and more focused, allowing for quicker navigation and a more streamlined user experience.
- Improved Navigation: Updated menus and consistent layouts make it easier to find the insights you need.
Multi-Group Reporting
You can now run detailed reports across multiple groups, giving you deeper insights into learner engagement, performance, and progress at different levels. This feature is particularly helpful for administrators who need to compare performance across various cohorts or locations. Multi-Group Reporting is only available at the Tenant and Branch levels.
Advanced Data Points
We’ve added more depth to lab and external asset KPIs, giving you access to even more detailed metrics. This means you can track performance more comprehensively and make informed decisions to optimize learning outcomes.
Test Results Dashboard
We’ve introduced a new Test Report dashboard in Console Analytics. This dashboard enables users to view test attempts for all users within their access context. It includes filters for date, test, course, and learner, allowing for customized data views. This tool allows for in-depth analysis of performance across multiple tests.
What’s Next for Console Analytics?
As part of our commitment to innovation, we have exciting features scheduled for release including:
- 24-Hour Snapshots: Get up-to-the-minute visibility into learner activity in the last 24 hours.
- Time Tracking Widgets: These widgets enable administrators to monitor learner engagement by tracking the time spent in the platform. This helps identify areas where users may need additional support. Administrators can view aggregated data across all learners or drill down to see the daily time spent by a specific learner in a particular course.
