New Features and Enhancements

Control Course Access During Branch Imports

We’ve enhanced the user import workflow to give admins more flexibility when enrolling users into Branch Plans.

Previously, importing users into a Branch Plan automatically granted access to all courses within that plan. With this update, admins can now review and select which specific courses users should be enrolled in during import, whether from the User List view, Import Branch Members, or related import flows.

When selecting a Branch Plan, the system now displays the total number of courses included. Admins can deselect any courses as needed, ensuring users are only enrolled in relevant courses.

This improvement simplifies course management for organizations with complex licensing structures and staggered course lifecycles while streamlining large-scale user imports.

More Highlight Colors for Learners

We’ve enhanced the highlighting experience in WebApp to support multiple highlight colors and ensure consistent rendering across all contexts.

Learners can now choose from yellow, blue, green, and pink highlight options for a more personalized and organized study experience.

These updates apply across practice questions, exams, lessons, and review modes, ensuring highlights display accurately in all areas, including score reports and reset reports. This enhancement makes studying more flexible, visually clear, and learner-friendly.
