Introducing In-App Messages within Communication Suite
We’re excited to announce our latest addition to our Communication Suite: In-App Messages. This feature enables direct communication with your learners, delivering alerts, announcements, notifications, or reminders directly to their Notification Center inbox within their courses.
In-App Messages offer a seamless communication channel, enabling targeted engagement and timely updates. Learners benefit from receiving important notifications directly within their course environment, ensuring they stay informed and engaged with course materials and announcements.

Enhancements
Question search upgrade
Learners can now seamlessly navigate through practice questions with enhanced search functionality. When the ‘Category Practice’ feature access is enabled, learners can select from a searched question to be directed to a quiz session containing only that specific question. If both the ‘Category Practice’ and ‘Custom Practice’ feature access are turned on, and learners choose practice from a searched question, they will be directed to the Category Practice for that particular question.
This update streamlines the learning experience and allows learners to focus directly on practicing specific questions, and learners benefit from a more efficient study process.

Enhanced dropdown question functionality
We’ve refined the behavior of dropdown functionality for all table entry questions for both standard and side by side questions. Now, all dropdown selections must be made before the Confirm button becomes enabled. This update ensures greater accuracy and adherence to question requirements, and learners will benefit from a clearer understanding of what is expected when answering table entry questions with dropdowns, providing better comprehension and retention of course material.

Local time for message and banner timing within Communication Suite
We’ve introduced the capability to display local time for both banners and messages within the Communication Suite. Console users can now expect to see timing displayed within their local time zones as they navigate through and use BenchPrep’s Communication Suite. This feature will be automatically updated throughout banners, messages, and confirmation modals. Additionally, hovering over the UTC time displayed will trigger a tooltip, showing the corresponding time in your local zone.
This enhancement aims to provide Console users with greater clarity and accuracy in scheduling communications, reducing errors and ensuring messages trigger as expected.

Increased file size limit for materials
BluePrint’s file size limit for materials has been increased from 25 MB to 250 MB. This enhancement empowers users to seamlessly upload materials of up to 250 MB, accommodating a wider range of materials.
