Q2 2026 Product Launch: Deliver Programs with Greater Precision
Running a learning program means managing a lot of moving parts. Content rollouts, learner access, reporting, mobile experience. And for a long time, too many of those parts required manual workarounds: duplicating courses to work on content before it's ready, pulling fragmented data, and building reports that never quite reflected how your program actually ran.
This quarter, we’re making it easier.
Our Q2 release gives administrators real control over how their programs are structured, delivered, and measured without adding complexity to your team's day. From scheduling content to customizing your data, these updates are built for programs that need to operate with precision.
Here are the highlights:
CONTENT HIDING & SCHEDULED ASSIGNMENTS
Control the experience from start to finish.
You've always known what content your learners need. Now you can control exactly when they get it.
Content Hiding lets you keep exams, practice tests, lessons, and flashcards hidden until the moment you're ready to release them. No more early access to content that isn't meant to be seen yet and a cleaner, more intentional learner experience that you control at the course level.

Scheduled Assignments takes it further. From a single hub, instructors can now schedule when content becomes available and create tailored assignments for individuals or groups, mixing and matching specific content combinations to fit each learner's path.

Together, these features enable you to:
- Release content when it’s ready, on your timeline
- Build per-user or group assignments from one centralized place
- Reduce the manual coordination that comes with pacing a cohort
- Deliver a more structured, confidence-building learner experience
Use Cases This Impacts: Ideal for high-stakes Exam Prep programs that need to pace content deliberately, and any program where admins have been managing content access by hand.
CUSTOM REPORTS
Your program, your metrics.

Every organization tracks success differently. Custom Reports gives you a flexible way to surface the insights that matter to your program, configured specifically for your program goals.
Rather than pulling from a fixed set of dashboards, you can now build reports around the metrics that actually reflect how your program runs, making it faster and easier to demonstrate value to stakeholders, identify where learners need support, and make decisions with confidence.
Custom Reports enable you to:
- Surface insights tailored to your program's specific goals
- Replace fragmented, manual reporting with purpose-built tools
- Give stakeholders clear visibility into program performance
- Reduce time spent building workarounds in external tools
Use Cases This Impacts: Essential for any program with active analytics users or stakeholders who need reporting that goes beyond standard dashboards.
MOBILE APP: PERFORMANCE & ACCESS
Fix the friction. Improve the experience.

For learners using your mobile app, small friction points—an unexpected logout, a slow login, a failed SSO attempt—add up. They hurt engagement, frustrate learners, and drag down your app store ratings.
This quarter's mobile updates address the top pain points directly. New mobile app launches will include these enhancements automatically. For existing customers with live apps in the stores, our team is actively rolling out updated versions to both the iOS and Android app stores, your CSM will be in touch once your updated app is live.
What's improving:
- Native browser SSO login for a seamless, uninterrupted sign-in experience
- Persistent sessions so learners stay logged in across sessions with no unexpected logouts
- Biometric login for fast, secure access on iOS and Android
Use Cases This Impacts: For the customers with live mobile apps today, these enhancements are on their way. We’ve got even more improvements in the pipeline in Q3 and Q4 that will take the mobile experience to the next level.
BENCHPREP ANALYTICS UPDATES
More data, more control, at a glance.
BenchPrep Analytics keeps getting better. This quarter's updates are focused on giving you more data points, more control over what you see, and more nuance in the reports you rely on most.

The Q2 updates include:
- Added data points — More column options including user IDs, plus rollup data across reports for at-a-glance detail
- Tag visibility controls — Hide specific columns from the console so users only see the tags relevant to them
- Session Detail Report Enhancements — New optional columns for time spent across modalities and aggregated export data
- Admin Column Control — Reorder and customize which columns appear in your tables
Use Cases This Impacts: For any program actively using BenchPrep Analytics, these updates make your existing workflows faster and your reports more meaningful. If you haven't turned on the Analytics dashboards yet, now's a great time — just go to Settings > Feature Access > Analytics and turn on the reports you want to see.
Whether you're running exam prep, continuing education, or training programs, this quarter's release is about giving you the tools to run your program on your terms.
More control over content. Reporting you can actually use. A mobile experience your learners won't complain about. And the data to back it all up.
