The following items will be deployed on June 12, 2025. Please note that this list doesn’t include other internal and regular maintenance work that BenchPrep is releasing.
Custom Practice just got a major upgrade! Learners now have more control than ever to tailor their study sessions to their needs, making practice more targeted, efficient, and effective. Meanwhile, admins get the benefits of powerful configuration without the overhead. Practice questions can now be filtered by:
Admins can disable the ability for learners to select between Timed/Untimed sessions and Exam/Study Mode.
These features are configurable behind the scenes, allowing you to deliver a personalized, data-informed practice experience with no extra setup or maintenance.
Important Note: These enhancements to Custom Practice will only be available for customers using the latest version of BenchPrep’s platform UI. To make the transition, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

Tracking learner progress just got easier. We’ve added curriculum-level visibility to two key dashboards in Console, giving admins a clearer picture of how users are progressing through their learning paths.
These enhancements make it easier to identify learning trends, spot gaps, and report on progress so you can support learners more effectively and make faster decisions.
Save time and reduce manual work with a new way to assign curriculum. You can now link groups directly to curriculums, so when a user joins a group, they’re automatically enrolled in the right learning path with no extra steps required.
We’ve split the question reset functionality into two distinct feature accesses: Allow Practice Question Resets and Allow Exam Resets. This update gives admins greater control over when and how learners can reset question sets, depending on the experience you want to deliver.
To ensure a smooth transition, any course or tenant that previously had the reset feature enabled will have both new permissions enabled by default. No action is required on your part, and you can fine-tune access as needed.
Admins can view discussion post attachments directly from the User Discussions section in Blueprint. No more jumping to WebApp just to see what's attached so content moderation and insight gathering is more efficient.
When replicating questions via the Replicator Cart, difficulty levels are now included. Previously only available during full-course replication, this update makes it easier to maintain metadata consistency in cart-based replication workflows.
