At BenchPrep, security and data protection have always been top priorities. Today, we are proud to announce that we have officially achieved SOC 2 compliance—an accomplishment that underscores our commitment to maintaining the highest standards in data security and privacy.
SOC 2 (System and Organization Controls 2) is a widely recognized security framework developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). It evaluates a company’s ability to securely manage customer data based on five core trust service criteria: security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy. Achieving SOC 2 compliance means that BenchPrep’s learning platform has met rigorous standards for safeguarding data, ensuring the security of our systems, and maintaining customer trust.
For many organizations, particularly those in highly regulated industries like healthcare, finance, and professional certification, SOC 2 compliance is a crucial requirement when selecting technology partners. With this certification, our customers can have full confidence in our ability to protect sensitive information and uphold strict security protocols.
Some key benefits of our SOC 2 compliance include:While achieving SOC 2 compliance is a significant milestone, maintaining it requires ongoing commitment. Our security policies will continue to evolve, and we will uphold strict security protocols, conduct regular audits, and ensure our teams remain aligned with compliance requirements.
For our customers, this means they can rely on BenchPrep as a secure, compliant, and trustworthy partner for their learning and credentialing needs.
SOC 2 compliance is just one of many steps in our journey to continuously enhance security and reliability at BenchPrep. As we move forward, we will continue to invest in advanced security measures, strengthen our infrastructure, and provide transparency to our customers.
We’re excited about what’s ahead, and we thank our customers, partners, and team members for their support in making this achievement possible.
