The following items will be deployed on September 25, 2025. Please note that this list doesn’t include other internal and regular maintenance work that BenchPrep is releasing.

New Features and Enhancements

New Admin Controls for Learner Analytics Dashboard

We’ve added new admin customization options for the Learner Analytics dashboard to give you more control over what learners see.

  • Toggle the learner-facing table on/off directly from the administration page.
  • Choose which columns appear in the table using a simple checklist in a new “Update Columns” pop-up.
  • New optional columns:
    • Flashcards Completed – shows how many flashcards a learner has completed out of the total.
    • Predicted Score – if configured, this displays the learner’s most recent predicted score(s) for the course.

These updates allow you to tailor the analytics experience to your organization’s needs while keeping the learner view clear and relevant.

Download Exam & Practice Reports

Learners can now download detailed reports directly from the Exams Dashboard and Practice Dashboard. When enabled, reports include essential information such as the, course title, timestamp, watermark, and individual results, with Exam Reports also showing Score Reports if that feature is on.

This functionality is controlled by a new course-level feature access, “Download Exam/Practice Summary Reports”, which is off by default but can be enabled by admins as needed. With this update, generating and sharing performance insights is faster and more reliable than ever.

Improved Practice Sessions: Prevent Multiple Tabs

To ensure accurate progress tracking and the best performance, practice sessions can now only be open in one browser tab at a time

If a learner tries to open a custom or category practice session in another tab, a blocking modal will appear with a warning. This update, which extends the existing test-taking safeguards to practice experiences, helps preserve data integrity and prevents learners from bypassing intended session behavior.

BluePrint: Add External ID (EID) at the Course Level

Admins can now add and manage External IDs (EIDs) for courses directly in BluePrint, making it easier to align BenchPrep courses with external systems.

EIDs can be added during course creation or edited later, and you can filter searches by EIDs. This enhancement is especially valuable for organizations managing large course catalogs where syncing with external product or content IDs is critical.

Ability to Hide Study Task Duration

Admins now have more flexibility when configuring Study Tasks. A new “Hide Study Task Duration” setting has been added to Admin settings. This works the same way as the existing “Hide Knowledge Points” option. When enabled, learners will not see the Duration field in the Study Task view. When disabled, Duration displays normally.

This update gives admins more control over how Study Tasks are presented, ensuring the learner view stays clear and aligned with organizational needs.

Console: Manage WebApp Navigation Locales

Admins can now manage all WebApp navigation labels directly in Console’s Look & Feel settings. Missing entries such as Materials have been added, and admins can edit labels like Interactions, Materials, Assignments, and Live Classes directly in Console.

Bulk Reset Enrollments with Branch and Group Filters

Admins can now filter learners by Branch and Group in the Enrolled Users tab in Console and see additional user details as table columns. In addition, admins can select multiple enrolled users and perform a bulk reset of their course—clearing answers, bookmarks, notes, confidence levels, and more in a single action. These enhancements give admins greater control and efficiency in managing course enrollments.

Curriculums: Assign Access to Multiple Instructors

We’ve added a new Curriculum Access section to the curriculum creation flow, making it easier to collaborate on curriculum development.

Curriculum owners can now assign instructors from the same tenant group with specific permissions:

  • Can View (always enabled)
  • Can Edit Curriculum – modify curriculum content
  • Can Duplicate Curriculum – clone the curriculum into a new version

A permissions grid clearly displays each instructor and their assigned access, which can be edited or removed at any time before curriculum creation is finalized.

The new “Shared Curriculums” tab allows instructors to view and manage curriculums that have been shared with them.

This enhancement provides granular access management for collaborative curriculum development, giving teams the flexibility to manage curriculums while maintaining control.
