New Features
Recognitions now available
We’re excited to announce the upcoming release of Recognitions. With Recognitions, learners can easily earn and view earned digital badges and credits directly through BenchPrep. This feature supports badges issued by Credly, a digital credential platform, which seamlessly integrates with our system.
We’ll follow up with more information on Recognitions, including documentation, following our release on July 2, 2024.
Dynamic Dashboard tab customization in the Learning Hub
Custom Page functionality has been expanded to allow users to customize their Dashboard tab dynamically. As a note, the ‘Dashboard’ is an optional tab. A new popup allows users to select specific sections to show in the Dashboard, even if they are disabled at the Learning Hub level. Additionally, users can choose the default number of cards to display within each section.

Enhancements
Update to non-pausable exam behavior
We have updated the behavior for non-pausable exams to enhance the integrity of the exam process. This includes an update to the feature access for 'Disable Pausing During Exams.’ If users inadvertently exit an exam and time remains, they will be able to resume the exam. However, if users exit an exam and the time has expired upon their return, the exam will be automatically submitted, and they will be taken to the review screen. Additionally, if users take action to directly close the exam, it will be submitted immediately.
