New Features and Enhancements

BenchPrep Analytics

Improved BenchPrep Analytics Performance

We've improved performance across Course Reports in BenchPrep Analytics.

Updates to the Users, Exams, and Practice tabs reduce load times and improve responsiveness, helping admins access reporting data more quickly.

Expanded Reporting Insights

We've expanded reporting capabilities across BenchPrep Analytics with new learner performance, engagement, and enrollment metrics across multiple reports.

Updates include:

• Expanded Exam Attempts reporting in Course Reports and User Details Reporting, including predicted score, user identifiers, group information, and additional exam performance data
• Support for Custom Assignment data across assignment and enrollment reporting
• Enhanced Session Detail reporting with a new student-level summary table that aggregates learner activity across sessions, along with expanded engagement and export data.

New report tables and data points can be enabled in their respective categories through Feature Access > Analytics, allowing organizations to customize the information displayed in BenchPrep Analytics. These enhancements provide admins and instructors with deeper visibility into learner progress, engagement, and performance across the platform.

AI Assistant

More Contextual and Effective AI Assistant Responses

Our AI Assistant now delivers more relevant responses and higher-quality practice questions.

Updates include:

• Automatic use of page context when responding to learner questions
• Improved answer distribution for AI-generated practice questions to create a more realistic practice experience

These enhancements help learners receive more contextual support and better AI-generated study content.

Console

Expanded Custom Report Permissions

We've expanded custom report permissions to support assignment at the tenant, branch, and group levels. Organizations can now grant access to custom reports based on a user's administrative scope, providing greater flexibility when managing reporting access across teams and locations.

BluePrint

Filter Courses by Course Metadata

We've expanded course filtering in BluePrint to support Course Metadata fields.

Admins can now filter courses by Product Type, Product Version, and Primary Success Metric, making it easier to organize and manage large course catalogs.

Premium Content Support for Materials

We've expanded Premium Content controls to support materials, including downloadable files such as PDFs.

Organizations can now apply premium access restrictions to materials directly in BluePrint, allowing downloadable resources to be included as part of a premium content offering.

Manage AI Assistant and ExamSim Access Through SSO

Organizations can now manage access to AI Assistant and ExamSim through their SSO integration using external events. Access is automatically granted or revoked based on learner entitlements managed by your identity provider.

When configured, BenchPrep evaluates the entitlement events included in a learner's SSO authentication each time they sign in, automatically granting or removing access as those entitlements change. This helps ensure premium feature access stays aligned with your organization's subscriptions and access policies without requiring manual administration.

Please note: This feature is available for organizations using SSO and requires configuration of premium feature mappings. If you're interested in enabling this functionality, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

Learning Experience (WebApp)

Enhanced Custom Practice Experience

Learners can now create sessions more quickly and customize their study experience.

Updates include:

• Confidence level filtering for both question-based and passage-based practice sessions
• The ability to navigate back to previously answered questions in Study and Exam Mode

These enhancements make it easier for learners to build targeted practice sessions and create a more flexible study experience.
