The following items will be deployed on February 6, 2025. Please note that this list doesn’t include other internal and regular maintenance work that BenchPrep is releasing.
Multi-tab blocking in WebApp is Self-Service
We previously expanded our multi-tab blocking functionality to prevent users from opening multiple instances of the WebApp in the same browser. This feature access, Block Multi-Tabbing Across Application, can be applied platform-wide or for specific courses only, ensuring users follow the intended course pathway without circumventing through additional tabs.
Admins can now easily toggle this feature on or off, enabling greater control over preventing users from opening multiple instances of the WebApp in the same browser. Once enabled, if a user attempts to open another tab within the same browser, they will be presented with the message below:

Enhanced Refresh Course Data Functionality
We’ve enhanced the Refresh Course Data feature in the Help dropdown menu within the learning application.
In addition to redownloading the course, the updated feature recalculates the study plan with real-time updates, ensuring it reflects learners' most current progress and activity. Once clicked the page will refresh, providing clear feedback for a smoother experience.
Bulk Delete Categories
We’ve introduced the Bulk Delete Categories feature in BluePrint, designed to streamline category management for content managers. This enhancement simplifies content organization by allowing managers to delete multiple categories (Lessons, Questions, and Flashcards) in a single action.
The functionality enables efficient cleanup of unused or outdated categories while safeguarding against accidental deletion of categories currently in use. Any content assigned to a category will remain protected to maintain content structure. An email will be sent once the action is complete.
This feature provides content managers with greater flexibility and control, making it easier to manage and maintain content libraries.
