New Features and Enhancements

Learning Paths: A better way to guide learners

We’re excited to introduce Learning Paths, a new way to help learners navigate their journey with clarity. You can now group and sequence courses into structured Learning Paths, making it easier for learners to stay on track and achieve their goals. Learning Paths can be configured as Fixed or Suggested, providing structure while allowing flexibility where needed. Bundling courses also helps drive higher enrollments and keeps learning engaged longer.

Give learners control over timers in practice experiences

You now have the option to allow learners to display or hide timers during practice. When this feature is enabled, an eye icon appears next to the question timer, letting learners toggle it on or off based on their preference. This applies to both custom and category practice sessions in the standard and SxS experiences.

Duplicate curriculums with a single click

Creating and modifying curriculums just got easier. You can now duplicate any curriculum from both the Curriculum List and Curriculum Details pages. The copied version retains all attributes and tasks of the original curriculum—excluding learners—giving you a flexible starting point for adjustments.

Import tasks during curriculum setup

In addition to duplicating curriculums, you can now import tasks from existing curriculums within the same course. During setup, you'll see a dropdown listing curriculums you have access to. Simply select one and click "Import Tasks" to add study tasks directly to your new curriculum.

Assign curriculums to inactive users

Instructors no longer have to wait for users to activate their accounts before assigning curriculums. Now, inactive users can be added upfront and will automatically gain access as soon as they log in, making enrollment smoother and more efficient.
